The Kask Lateral Inserts are side panels for the inside walls of the helmet and are a beneficial addition to the KASK inner padding to improve the fit for all head shapes.

The Lateral Insert can be added onto each lateral side of your KASK helmet if the helmet feels too large in this specific area.  This is beneficial for helmets that fit comfortably at the front and back of the head but need filling on the sides.
